No mortgage professionals in California?
I was told once, but I’m not sure if this is true. I was told that the mandate of California, and papers for the loan to obtain the original house are usually non-State vocational education, but when you go to refinance and re-submit papers usually indicates what is a loan professional. If this is true, can anyone give me a link to where it is somewhere on the Internet. I’m trying to convince someone who does not refinement.
