I signed a contract for a hud owned home through fha financing. On the listing the it says its fha 203k eligible but they said that we could do FHA if we wanted to. I have family who can make any cosmetic repairs so I choose to go FHA. I dont know why a seller would say that we could finance fha if it wont pass but if the appraiser comes back and says that it wont pass FHA inspection can we switch the contract to 203k…..also if it wont pass fha can we make the repairs as the potential buyers.

Auchi loaned money to fellow Arab Rezko (key supporter of Senator Obama). Senator Obama when a Illinois State Senator lobbied successfully for Auchi to be allowed a US Visa. The Senator says he does not remember meeting Auchi at the lavish Gala Party at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, which was thrown in Auchi’s honor by his political patron the now disgraced Illinois governor!
Senator Obama and his wife have never explained how on their salaries they could have amassed a $ 1.65Million lump sum to pay for their Chicago mansion without a mortgage in June 2005.
Why won’t Senator Obama come clean on his finances? Maybe the Rezko trial starting on March 3 will jog his memory.
