Does this data have any influence on your perspective? Admittedly, I feel a bit more bearish about housing and may sit back on the sideline. Does it make sense to grab a low mortgage interest rate if prices drop another 5-10%? Or is it a good time to jump in. Curious as to the thoughts of those in Chicagoland.

I’m 13 and I live in Florida with both of my parents but I want to move to Chicago with my aunt. I know I’m “young” but I really would care less. If I lived with my aunt I don’t have to ride a bus for nearly 6 hours in a day total (which my dad makes me do), I don’t have to wake up early, I won’t have to be told I can’t get a hair cut or get new clothes because my aunt has to pay mortgage. I will have free time to study in peace and more privacy, I can meet up with my old friends and go to my old school in Chicago, and I can stay focused on school and get raised better by my aunt. It truly wouldn’t be a problem because my aunt is rich and has no kids. My aunt would actually think “it’s a blessing” for me to live with her. Same with me. So all I really wanna know is the legal age to move out of your parents house, and can i travel by myself??

Alright… No. We have already hit rock bottom. The US has no where else to go but up. So no. No depression.
Obama is trying his hardest to do that.
As soon as the current administration stops being a threat to the small businessman we’ll start to recover. Hopefully they’ll be stopped before it’s too late.
inflation will be our problem because of the Obama printing press spitting out worthless money to spend spend our way out.

I heard more like a double recession,with the market stabilizing and increase in unemployment.if the market was plunging it would be a depression.So Real Close.
Just the opposite, we are headed away from it.
These delinquencies were forecast to continue into next year as will unemployment continue to increase. These are final indicators that the economy is truly growing again.
Well, it’s obvious the government and economists hate to use the ‘depression’ word for fear consumers will drive the economy even lower which is currently taking place. Personally, I thought we have been in a depression for quite a few months and it looks like the economy, home mortgage foreclosures and jobs will continue to decline. It’s a matter of semantics with some people.

r u really sure you aunt wants you? have you even asked her? i doubt your aunt would buy you all the things you want, you’re not her child! even if you did move in, i’m sure your parents would give her the money to look after you. you can not expect that off ANYONE, no matter if they’re rich or not and what about your parents in all of this? i’m feel sorry for them! if my child decided to do that, it really would hurt me.
i think you need to think aobut it more and understand it before you can even consider any of this!
