Does anyone have a good mortgage lender for construction loans? any recommendations/help would be appreciated.

What type of loan do I need to apply for to purchase the condo.
After doing some research it seems like I cannot apply for a mortgage if I am not going to be living in the property

Call a few bank, some of them do it. You’ll need a large portion as a down payment, maybe 30% or something.
