What’s the condo market like in the West Town/Humboldt Park area?
I looked at recent sales and the current inventory and it looks like the pace is still slowing.
I’m debating if I should sell now because the market is still getting worse or if I should wait for possible improvement.
Anyone have thoughts on if this area is going to continue to slow down over 2011? Thanks!
