I have a property with my ex husband that’s in foreclosure. My divorce letter states I’m no longer financially responsible for that property. I now own a property that I am trying to take a loan out on it to purchase another property, but by the foreclosure home on my credit, I can’t get a reasonable % rate for a low mortgage payment. I’m totally disabled and is on a limited income. Looking for a foreclosure property that cost no more than $ 40,000.
